How does Adwisely billing work?
You pay Adwisely subscription fee in the beginning of every billing period based on the plan you selected. You can change your Adwisely plan via Account Settings -> Billing
The billing period for Adwisely is 30 days. Up-to-date information on billing periods can be found In Adwisely Account Settings.
You start paying the fee once the 7-day free trial for Adwisely is over.
Overspend fee
You pay a 10% overspend fee on the portion of your advertising spend that exceeds the limit of your Adwisely plan.
During each 30-day billing period:
We charge the overspend fee during the billing period whenever your unpaid overspend fee reaches $1,000.
This can happen multiple times in a period: at $1,000, then $2,000, then $3,000 of accumulated (unpaid) overspend fee.
Any unpaid overspend fee below $1,000 is charged at the start of the next billing period.
Your overspend fee is capped at $3,250 per billing period, which corresponds to 10% of $32,500 in overspend. Once this cap is reached for a billing period, no additional overspend fee is charged for that period.
Examples:
Let’s assume you have the Pro plan, your monthly ad-spend limit is $2,500 and your plan fee is $249.
Case 1: Monthly Ad Spend = $2,000
You stay within the limit → you only pay the plan fee = $249.
Case 2: Monthly Ad Spend = $4,500
You’ve exceeded the limit by $4,500 − $2,500 = $2,000.
Overspend fee = 10% of $2,000 = $200.
Total fee for the period = $249 + $200 = $449.
Case 3: Monthly Ad Spend = $12,500+
Exceed limit by $12,500 − $2,500 = $10,000+
At 10%, this equals $1,000+ in overspend fee, which triggers a usage/overspend charge.
For every $10,000 above the limit, you incur a $1,000 usage charge.
(if you exceed by $20,000, that’s another $1,000 usage charge, and so on.)
You’ll be billed the plan fee ($249) at the start of your billing period, plus the $1,000 usage/overspend charge as soon as it’s triggered this cycle.
So in "Case 3" you'll pay $1,249 (plan + $1,000 fee) if you exceed by $10,000.
If you exceed much more, your overspend fee increases accordingly — but your total will never exceed the monthly cap of $3,250.
Cap details:
Once your ad spend goes high enough that the overspend fee would exceed $3,250 (which happens when your spend above limit is ~$32,500 or more) you still pay no more than $3,250 for that billing period.
The total Adwisely fee is based on total Google & Facebook Ad Spend per one store.
If you use Adwisely on more than one store you manage, Adwisely fee is calculated for each store separately.
