How the 10% fee works?
Adwisely charges a 10% fee based on the total ad spend managed during each billing period.
The minimum subscription fee ($49.00 USD or $249.00 USD) is charged at the start of the month.
The 10% usage fee is calculated based on your actual ad spend and billed at the end of the billing period.
You pay the plan minimum unless 10% of your ad spend exceeds it.

How usage charges are applied during the billing period
If your accumulated 10% usage fee reaches $1,000 during a billing period, Adwisely will apply a charge for that amount.
This means you may see multiple usage charges within a single billing period if your ad spend is high.
For example:
You are on the Concierge plan ($249.00 USD minimum).
Your monthly ad spend is $35,000.
At the start of the billing period, you are charged $249.00 USD.
When your accumulated 10% fee reaches $1,000 (for example, after $12,500 in ad spend), a $1,000 usage charge is applied.
When the accumulated fee reaches another $1,000, an additional $1,000 charge is applied.
This continues during the billing period.
Your total monthly fee still follows the same rules:

Is there a maximum fee?
Yes.
Your total monthly Adwisely fee will never exceed $3,250.00 USD, regardless of how much you spend on ads.
What does the minimum fee mean?
The minimum monthly fee ensures access to:
AI-powered campaign management
Ongoing optimization
Performance tracking
Support (Email & chat)
Dedicated Ad Experts (included in Concierge)
Even if your ad spend is low in a given month, the minimum fee still applies.
Example
If you spend $3,000 on ads in a month via Adwisely:
10% of $3,000 = $300
Your total fee would be $300 (higher than any plan minimum).
If you spend $300 on ads in a month (Self-Serve):
10% = $30
Since the minimum is $49.00 USD, you pay $49.00 USD.
If you spend $50,000 on ads:
10% = $5,000
Your total monthly fee is capped at $3,250.00 USD.
The total Adwisely fee is based on total Google & Facebook Ad Spend per one store.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose Concierge ($249.00 USD minimum) if you want Meta and Google Ad Experts to manage your campaigns and provide proactive guidance.
Choose Self-Serve ($49.00 USD minimum) if you prefer managing campaigns yourself and do not need dedicated expert support.
👆 If your store spends around $2,500 or more per month on Meta and Google ads, the total fee will be similar under both plans (10% of ad spend), so choosing Concierge gives you dedicated expert support without increasing your percentage-based cost.
Do I need to pay for Ad Spend?
Yes. You pay for Ad Spend directly to Facebook and/or Google.
You pay to Facebook and/or Google once you spend a certain amount of money (threshold) or in the end of the month.
You pay for Ad Spend even if you are on a 7-day free trial for Adwisely
Can I try Adwisely for free?
You can try Adwisely for free for 7 days once you install it.
Free trial suggests using Adwisely free of charge, i.e. not having to pay Adwisely fee. You will still need to pay for Ad Spend.
The trial starts when you create your first Meta or Google campaign.
The trial ends 7 days after you create your first Meta or Google campaign, regardless of its status (enabled or paused).
You have one trial period per one Shopify domain.
